Stay Fit and Healthy: Summer Challenges and Collaborations

Urban wellness concept, Asaya at Rosewood Hong Kong has teamed up with the finest fitness and well-being practitioners in the city for a unique programme this season. Join the likes of Utah Lee, Victor Chau, and Janice Ng from August 15 to October 15 and experience over 300 unique fitness classes ranging from Ballet Barre to Muay Thai. The A-Team programme also offers participants a unique chance to experience the Asaya Membership over eight weeks without the usual one-year commitment. The trial membership includes all A-Team classes, access to the fitness centre and swimming pool, personal fitness assessments, a 60-minute Naturopathy Consultation, a 60-minute session with an Asaya Resident Practitioner, discounts on retail, and dining at Asaya Kitchen.

 

F45 TRANSFORMATION PROGRAMME

Well-known for its signature HIIT-Style training programmes, F45’s 45-day transformation programme is an intense kick-start to your health journey. Starting on August 26, participants will challenge one another in a 45-day fitness and well-being competition designed to help adopt and maintain a healthier lifestyle. The programme includes three body scans and reports, accountability tracking, full access to the challenge meal plans, and unlimited F45 classes. Throughout the 45-days members will receive support from F45’s trainers and the community through a dedicated WhatsApp group where participants can share their latest healthy meal ideas and receive daily Pro-Tips from head coach Eric. At the end of each challenge, participants will celebrate their achievements with a party and award ceremony. If you can’t make the August 22 starting time, the gym will also be hosting the challenge again on October 25. 

 

FLEX STUDIO’S #30DAYPILATESBODY CHALLENGE

Boutique fitness studio Flex Studio has brought back its popular #30DayPilatesBody Challenge to help you kickstart your fitness goals and tone your body. Starting September 1, participants have 30 days to complete either 15 or 20 pilates classes with Flex Studio’s senior instructors at their modern and spacious locations. Classes can range from private sessions to trio and reformer classes. Those who complete the challenge will receive a rebate depending on the number of classes completed in the timeframe. Participants can also invite a friend to join them on the challenge to both receive an extra $250 rebate upon completion!

EATOLOGY X LIMITLESS SIX WEEK CHALLENGE

Premier meal plan service, Eatology has partnered up with Limitless Health to launch a healthy and delicious six-week meal challenge this summer. Participants of the challenge can select six unique gourmet meal plans including the Optimal Performance plan where those looking to build muscle, boost energy and burn fat in the gym can enjoy higher-calorie and higher-protein meals ranging from 2200-2600 calories. Another option is the Gluten-Free Low Carb meal plan, designed to help avoid refined white carbs while helping participants stay full with delicious and wholesome gluten-free options. Those who partake in the challenge can also enjoy a free discovery and personal training taster session with Limitless Health with a 10% discount on their first block of sessions. 

 

LITTLE BEDU X NUTRILICIOUS NEW MENU

Partnering with Hong Kong-based health and wellness brand Nutrilicious, Middle Eastern street food takeaway Little Bedu has introduced six new healthy dishes to their menu this summer. The new menu items are designed to help diners track calories and macros with nutritional cards, designed by the team at Nutrilicious, stating the calories, carbs, protein, and fat content provided with every dish. Each item is also labelled with particular diets including high protein, clean & learn, and macro-balanced.
