“We were inspired by C Club, highly popular in the late 1990s, that first put Hong Kong on the global clubbing scene. Think delicious tapas and finger foods such as homemade nachos with fresh guacamole and pico de gallo, shrimp tiraditos, Cajun fried chicken mid-joint wings, and melt-in-your-mouth Wagyu beef sliders, as well as heartier bites like slow-cooked pork carnitas tacos and cheesy chicken quesadillas. 

These make for vibrant accompaniments to a menu of thoughtfully crafted cocktails that are freshly whipped up by resident mixologists at the upstairs bar complete with a dedicated margarita station.
